Same as laminate front lit blockout banners, blockout flex banner has laminate as well as block outs. Block-out laminate block out banners are also cheaper as compared to hot roll-produced blockout banners. Hot roll blocks, which include polyester fibers, often fail after exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet rays. As such, the ink absorption capability of these blackouts decreases over a period of time and requires frequent re-blocking. Hot roll blocks are also more prone to fire damage, which can lead to costly damages. Blockout Flex is highly resistant to fading and has the ability to withstand high temperatures.
